Returns Policy

Please do not send items back to Pioneer Veterinary Products without prior contact and without a Pioneer returns note as this will delay any credit being raised.

Products are eligible for return providing:

  1. The goods are unopened and in the original packaging. This includes outer boxes or cartons.
  2. They in a resalable condition.
  3. We have been notified within 3 working days of delivery that you wish to return the goods.
  4. Some equipment and ‘special’ items may non-returnable unless faulty.

Please note for certain products a handling/ collection fee and/or a restocking charge may apply.
