Conficlean2 Foam Hand Rub is an alcohol based sanitiser designed for use on the go with proven efficacy against viruses, bacteria, yeasts and fungi. 

  • Formulated from a blend of 3 powerful biocides, emollients and pH regulators to cleanse and disinfect hands without drying or irritating skin 
  • Powerful cleansing properties in addition to its strong disinfection ability - ideal for use in situations where water is not available and so hand washing is not possible
  • Formula is bactericidal, virucidal, fungicidal and yeasticidal
  • Meets EN1276 tests against Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, Staphylococcus Aureus, E. Coli, Feline Calicivirus, Canine Parvovirus and Bordetella Bronchiseptica (Kennel Cough)
  • Also contains alcohol, glycerin, detergent, perfume and water
  • Kind to hands - a non-irritant, emollient based formula that dries quickly, allowing repeated use without degreasing the skin
  • Non-staining 
  • Available in 150ml size - can be used for 100-200 applications depending on the size of your hands

Meril sutures are excellent quality, and we would happily switch from our go to brand which is Ethicon! The packaging is like for like which makes switching simple. You don’t have to worry about different codes or pack colours. The sutures have reduced memory when you remove them from their packaging, so we’re delighted with this as it makes handling easier. Meril sutures are the way forward and one that we’ll be stocking from now on.”

We trialled some Meril suture materials for a two week period and were very impressed overall. The Filapron (monocryl equivalent) and Mitsu (vicryl equivalent) both handle well and provide good knot security. The needles cut easily through tissue and are impressively resilient when bent, allowing re-bending to their original shape without snapping. I now happily use them on a regular basis.
