Her depth of knowledge and enthusiasm for our anaesthesia range makes her an invaluable resource for practices. Summer supports customers in choosing the right equipment for their needs and provides training and after-sales guidance to ensure teams feel confident every step of the way.

Millend holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Management with Marketing and brings strong experience in digital marketing, customer engagement, and content-led campaign delivery.

With a keen understanding of data analytics, consumer behaviour, and digital campaigns, he helps create relevant and engaging online experiences that connect with customers. His customer-focused approach supports effective digital activity, helping customers discover content, engage with campaigns, and enjoy a smooth online ordering experience.

With over 30 years of experience in equipment servicing, Baz brings a wealth of practical knowledge to the team. He takes pride in giving practices a reliable service and straightforward advice they can count on.

Meet Roy, our much-loved working farm dog and member of the Pioneer Team. A loyal Border Collie with plenty of character, Roy spends his days helping out on the farm and reminding us why practical, reliable animal care matters. When he’s off duty, you’ll usually find him soaking up attention, enjoying a fuss, and bringing a little wagging-tail joy to everyone he meets.
