Product Overview:

• Structure: Multifilament, Braided. 
• Colour: Dyed, Undyed.
• Chemical composition: Polyglycolic acid.
• Coating: Polycaprolactone and Calcium Stearate.
• Type of absorption: Hydrolysis.

Properties:

• 70%-80% of the original is retained until initial 14 Days.
• 50% of the original is retained until initial 21 Days.
• There is a subsequent loss between four to five weeks post implantation.
• Complete absorption usually takes place between 60 and 90 Days.
