Cutimed® Siltec® Sorbact® combines reliable absorption & effective management of critical contamination.

Product Features:

• For moderate to highly exuding, contaminated or colonised wounds.
• Can also be used as a secondary dressing for deep or cavity wounds.
• The super-absorbent particles within the foam layer effectively adjust to absorb moderate to high, viscous exudate and retain it even under compression.
• Super-absorbent particles lock in wound exudate reducing risk of maceration.
• In a moist wound environment, the hydrophobic properties of Sorbact® technology irreversibly binds harmful microbes to the dressing so they are unable to move back to the wound bed.
• Naturally safe and effective - fights bacteria and fungi without releasing chemically active substances that might impair the healing process or cause allergic reactions (uses physical modes rather than chemical modes).
• Smart Pore Structure allows vertical absorption of exudate.
