Portable Veterinary DR X-Ray Cart with WiFi Detector

A complete digital radiography room you can wheel between consult rooms

This portable cart system puts generator, tube, collimator, laptop and wireless detector on a single chassis. It suits practices that can't dedicate a room to imaging, mixed practices splitting time between sites, and clinics that need radiography at the patient rather than the other way round.

Built to be moved

The powder-coated aluminium frame keeps the cart light without giving up rigidity, and the ergonomic layout makes it manageable through doorways and around tables. A retractable stability arm steadies the cart during exposure, then folds away when you're on the move.

Everything has a home

A fixed, protected laptop mount tray keeps the workstation secure in transit. The DR panel stores in a dedicated bin rather than being left on a worktop, and dual cable management wraps keep power and tether cords off the floor — the two things most likely to damage a portable system are a dropped detector and a snagged cable.

Standing and chest studies

An additional chest stand with adjustable height and a detector holder with PA handles extends the system beyond table work, for standing thoracic views and upright positioning.

Control from the laptop

Generator settings are driven from the laptop, with automatic APR setting of the X-ray head so technique follows the selected study. Detailed history reporting gives you exposure analytics across the caseload — useful for dose auditing, technique review and training.

3.2kW mobile power pack

The 3.2 kW generator runs from a 220V AC line, with a 40–100 kVp range, 0.4–100 mAs and unlimited APR presets. Tube and collimator are integrated, with tube rotation on the horizontal axis from -15° to +120°.

AVANSE DR imaging

Supplied with one WiFi caesium iodide flat panel detector — 1417 or 1717 — at 150 µm or 139 µm pixel size respectively, with 16-bit A/D conversion. A high performance 14" laptop and WiFi router complete the package, with full mobile generator integration.
